We believe the health and sustainability of the Church depends on how leaders are formed, supported, and placed into meaningful roles.

The Challenge

Across the Church, leaders are being called and trained, yet many do not move into positions where they can fully lead.

This gap is especially visible in non-denominational churches, where leadership pathways are often informal, inconsistent, and difficult to navigate.

Our Approach

Building Churches addresses leadership challenges at the systems level by aligning:

  • Formation (how leaders are trained)
  • Sponsorship (how leaders are supported)
  • Placement (how leaders access opportunities)

Our Current Initiative

Our current focus is the Women in Senior Pastoral Leadership Pipeline Initiative, addressing the gap between preparation and placement for women in non-denominational churches.
